Delete your account
You can permanently delete your ABIOLA Environmental Actions account at any time. Here is how — and what happens to your data.
Delete in the app
Open the app, go to “Account → Delete account”, and confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted right away — no further request needed.
What is deleted
- Your login (email, password), your contact details, and any saved Western Union payout details are permanently deleted.
- Your name is removed from the group you led and from the action reports you submitted — these are anonymised, not linked to you anymore.
Public content stays online so campaign results remain intact: group names, action reports, photos and leaderboard standings — but without any link to you personally.

If you can’t use the app, email us and we will delete your account for you. Please write from the email address linked to your account.
